Account and Order Information

You can create a YiYiVPN account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is optional, not a prerequisite for opening an account. Account information is used to verify your identity, maintain your login and associate your subscription benefits with your account. Do not include your password in support tickets or other public content.

Order processing requires retaining the selected plan, payment amount, transaction status, payment channel and refund records. This information is used to verify payments, deliver data allowances and resolve billing disputes. The panel also processes plan validity and cumulative data usage to apply billing rules; these usage records do not include a list of websites visited.

When you submit a support ticket, this service processes the issue description and attachments you provide. Share only what is needed to investigate the issue, and redact passwords, full subscription links, irrelevant information in payment records and other sensitive content.

No-Logs Policy and Diagnostic Limits

YiYiVPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content or DNS query history, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Connection start and end times, source addresses and destination addresses are not continuously retained as user activity records.

Necessary connection state is used only to handle current communications and is not kept as historical connection logs after processing ends. If troubleshooting requires you to submit a client error report, remove browsing content and credentials first. Such information is handled only for the support ticket and is deleted or de-identified when the issue is resolved and no further review is needed. It is not used to build browsing profiles.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, device types and button usage, and identify issues with navigation or service delivery. Analytics are limited to this site's pages and interactions. They do not extend to other websites users access over international routes and should not include passwords, subscription credentials or payment secrets.

Cookies and browser local storage support login state, language preferences and essential interface settings. Authentication credentials may be stored locally, so avoid staying logged in on shared devices. You can clear or restrict storage in your browser settings. Doing so may require you to log in again and will reset preferences, but it will not delete account or order information stored on the server.

Payment Processing and Disclosure

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party channels. YiYiVPN receives the transaction result and associated identifier needed to verify an order; you are not asked to submit your payment account password to this site. Third parties may process transaction information under their own policies. Review the relevant information before paying.

This service does not sell personal information. When information must be shared to deliver the service, process payments or meet legal obligations, only what is necessary for that purpose is provided. A link to an external site does not mean YiYiVPN controls how it processes data, and this policy does not replace a third party's policy.

Retention, Access and Deletion

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund information is retained as required for billing checks, dispute resolution and applicable laws. After analysis, site analytics should be deleted or aggregated; retaining identifiable information indefinitely is not the default.

You can check your account and subscription status in the user panel and submit requests to correct, access or delete your information through support tickets. This service will verify account ownership before processing a request. Transaction information that must be retained by law will be restricted to that purpose and deleted when the retention requirement ends. Account deletion may affect your subscription, so specify the scope of your request.

Policy Updates and Questions

When this policy changes, the revised content will be posted here and the month shown at the top of the page will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes or the types of information handled will be explained in a site notice. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested before the relevant processing begins.
