Service Scope

YiYiVPN provides a subscription service for cross-border network acceleration, using international routes to improve network paths to international websites and apps. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients, subscription details, and account-related functions are available through the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. Destination websites may determine access eligibility under their own rules. Using this service does not grant permission to use third-party content, nor does it guarantee continuous access to any particular website, region, or app.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription links secure and should not publish them on public pages or share them with unrelated parties. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change the password and request assistance through a support ticket in the panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected simultaneously. This applies to the account holder’s personal devices and does not permit account sharing among multiple people, public subscription sharing, or resale of the service. Do not split subscriptions for resale, use them to provide commercial services to others, or abuse network resources or disrupt other users’ connections through automation.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-term upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before purchasing, review the plan prices and order details in the panel, and confirm the billing method and required data allowance before proceeding.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for the application process and detailed rules.

Requirements for Compliant Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the rules of destination websites, apps, and content providers. You must not use the service to commit fraud, gain unauthorized access to another person’s systems, distribute malicious software, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in other unlawful conduct.

Do not send spam, launch network attacks, steal other people’s data, or disrupt the operation of this service or third-party systems. Users are responsible for the content they access, transmit, and publish. Network acceleration does not replace users’ judgment about the legality of content, the scope of any authorization, or the consequences of its use.

Service Availability and Scope of Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, the status of destination services, and client configuration. Network maintenance, outages, or changes to third-party rules may interrupt connections, affect speeds, or make some functions unavailable. The service does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access or fixed speeds.

If you encounter an issue, note the circumstances, any client messages, and the selected route, then report it through a support ticket. Do not include your password or complete subscription link. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YiYiVPN is not liable for losses directly caused by user device failures, changes to third-party services, or a user’s violation of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects applicable refund rights.

Suspension and Account Termination

If a user engages in unlawful use, resells or shares a subscription, attacks systems, or otherwise seriously breaches these terms, YiYiVPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend the service, or terminate the account depending on the circumstances. If there is an ongoing risk to service operations, necessary restrictions may be applied first, followed by review of the related explanation and any appeal.

If you believe an action was taken in error, explain the circumstances through a support ticket in the panel and provide the information necessary to review the dispute. Account actions and any subsequent fee issues will be handled based on the review, the refund policy, and applicable law. Nothing in this section automatically waives users’ statutory rights.

Changes to These Terms and Notices

If the service or applicable rules change, YiYiVPN will update this page and revise the last-updated date. Changes that affect users’ important rights will be explained through a website announcement or notice in the user panel, including the changes and how they apply. Changes will not retroactively cancel statutory rights that have already arisen.

Users should review relevant notices. If you have questions about a change or do not accept it, you may stop using the service and contact support by ticket to ask how your existing subscription will be handled. Refund and privacy matters not covered on this page are governed by their respective policies and applicable law.
